Adair Clayton
As Chief of Staff, Adair oversees strategic growth initiatives, team development, and internal operations at the firm. Adair also supports client projects and manages relationships with foundation partners.
Prior to joining rpk GROUP, Adair was a Director at EY-Parthenon. During her six years at EY-P, she led internal strategic initiatives focused on operational and talent priorities. She also supported education and technology clients with market, financial, and strategic analyses. Adair began her career as a 2010 Teach for America corps member in New Orleans. After her time in the classroom, she joined New Schools for New Orleans where she supported programming for K-12 schools across the city.
Adair holds a master’s in business administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a bachelor’s in economics and studio art from the University of Virginia.
Outside of work, Adair enjoys cooking, working on DIY projects, and exploring Durham with her chocolate lab, Nola.
