Privacy and data handling

This tool is browser based and is not connected to a database, cloud storage environment, analytics platform, or external data-collection process. Information entered by the user is processed locally in the current browser and is not transmitted to MGT, rpk GROUP, or a third party through the tool.

Neither MGT nor rpk GROUP receives, stores, reviews, or has access to user-entered data. Data or outputs leave the device only through an action taken by the user, such as exporting, downloading, printing, saving, emailing, uploading, or otherwise sharing the information.

Users should treat entered and exported data as confidential institutional information and handle it according to institutional policies governing personnel data, organizational planning materials, and other sensitive records.

Copyright and public-use terms

This tool is made publicly available for educational, organizational-planning, and noncommercial institutional use. Users may use the tool and enter their own data but may not sell, sublicense, redistribute modified versions, remove MGT attribution, or incorporate the tool into another commercial product or service without prior written permission from MGT Impact Solutions, LLC.

MGT, rpk GROUP, and associated names, logos, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
